PRESET PROGRAMS:

The Sole E25 Cross Trainer console includes five different programs designed for a variety of workouts.
These five programs have factory preset work level profiles for achieving different goal.

Hill:

The Hill program simulates going up and down a hill. The pedal resistance steadily increases or decreases during your workout the program.

Fat Burn:

The Fat Burn program maximises the burning of fat. There are many schools of thought on the best way to burn fat – most experts agree that a lower exertion level that stays at a steady workload is the best.

Cardio:

The Cardio program is designed to increase your cardiovascular function and endurance. This is exercise for your heart and lungs.

Strength:

The Strength program is designed to increase muscular strength in your lower body. This program will steadily increase in
resistance to a high level and forces you to sustain it. This is designed to strengthen and tone your legs and glutes (muscles of the butt).

Interval:

The Interval program takes you through high levels
of intensity followed by
periods of low intensity.
