MASSAGE THERAPY ROLLER

By softening and lengthening the fascia, the Therapy Roller breaks up scar tissue and adhesions between the skin, muscles and bones. This results in relaxing tight or overactive muscles and relieving pain. Made from high-density EVA, the pointy tips allow easy access to trigger points, almost anywhere in the body. The strong hollow cylinder has been engineered to resist repetitive use and provide a deep tissue massage.

The special cone-shaped surface allows you to deeply penetrate into soft tissues, breaking up scar tissue and fascia adhesions. The soft version of our Massage Therapy Roller is best suited to individuals starting their massage therapy program or with a moderate pain threshold.  The Large Massage Therapy Roller offers the same level of compression and trigger pointing as the Mini PTP Therapy Roller in firm density but, at 60 cm, it provides greater stability during back massages and enables an efficient massage of both calves, hamstrings, or upper arms, simultaneously. The recessed mid-section is designed to accommodate the spinal joints, which makes it ideal to perform the self-myofascial release technique on the muscles surrounding your back and neck.

The 3D high-density EVA cones act to trigger point the “belly” (thickest part) of the muscles, making the stretch reflex respond more effectively. The pressure applied to the muscles, together with the rolling action along the muscles fibres, will increase circulation, release myofascia and promote healthy strong muscles.
