Featuring a 150LB steel weight stack consists of 15 x 10LB steel weight plates. Simple pull pin selection allows you to control your weight load incrementally. Comes with 2 x handles and a leg strap.

Gooseneck Lower Pulley

The lower pulley protrudes from the gym allowing more variations in your exercises. There are no inhibiting components, letting you perform your move closer to the gym and saving space. The low row (sold separately) connects via cable to the weight stack however you can use the 2 handles supplied to approximate the low row.

3D Articulating Arms

Isolate chest for maximum results. These 3D arms provide more freedom of motion so that you can perform more natural exercise movements. Fly handles trim and sculpt your triceps, chest, and shoulders for incredible upper body strength. Foldaway when not in use.

Pull Pin Adjustment

Fitted with pull pin handles the height of the seat, leg press, and position of the backrest can be easily customized.

Lat Pull Down

Build bigger and stronger arms and back with the Lat Pull-Down station. Featuring cushioned hand grips and chain with carabiners to adjust to perfect length.  Bar & Chain included.
