We always aim to get orders out as soon as possible after being placed. In most cases, your order may be shipping out the within 1-2 days, however, some products may require more time, but we will always be in touch with you to keep you updated about your order and provide you with an ETA.

We try to use Australia Post as our primary method of shipment for all eligible products as set by their rules and regulations. For all other deliveries, we only select reliable and trustworthy courier companies that we have worked with for many years.

Tracking

All products we ship are assigned with a tracking number. This number is provided to us by Australia Post and/or the courier company we choose to deliver the items to you. Please note that we will always provide you with a tracking number for your purchase, however, do not have control over the frequency and accuracy of the updates of the tracking systems which belong to and are maintained by the courier companies.
